Bylaws

At our 2022 Annual Meeting, the membership voted unanimously to adopt revised bylaws. The new bylaws provide for a nine-person Board of Directors serving staggered terms of one, two or three years.

Other revisions are designed to provide need guidance and clarification on matters that were not adequately addressed in the initial bylaws. Click to read the new bylaws.
